CME CREDIT
Participants who successfully complete the Boot Camp curriculum are awarded up to 15.75 CME credits. CME registration forms will be provided at the event and processed immediately afterwards.
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint sponsorship of Continuing Medical Education Resources and The Advisory Board Company.
